I led UX at Alaska Airlines, including a redesign of its $3 billion eCommerce website, Alaskaair.com. This included modernizing the experience, making the site responsive and accessible, while deploying multivariate A/B testing to ensure the redesign drove incremental revenue.
Establishing a data visualization design language.
In 2017 I led a redesign of Qualtrics’ data visualization/dashboard products. This included updating the visual language, improving information hierarchy, and improving navigation and filter UI.
